Cultivate Wisdom

“ACIM focused on the Truth of humankind’s existence and the importance of willingness to make fuller contact with the spiritual dimension of True Reality.”
~ Donald L. O’Dell

I believe there are always points in relationships that are bridges to new experiences. This includes an organic letting go of some idea, feeling, or nugget to morph my inner wisdom with a renewed/refreshed expereince within me.

We all have the bridges. Every time we encounter one we must rely on our inner faith. Without that faith we don’t cross the bridge and the same ole stuff just keep taking place and usually that is not the good stuff, but the stuff we drag around that bogs us down.

An organic letting go of some idea, feeling, or nugget to morph my inner wisdom with a renewed/refreshed expereince within me.

The True Reality, lies in the recognition of your faith along with being refreshed, reinvented, and/or rejuvenated while moving forward through your day.

This faith is a quality of spiritual Christians. This faith is absolutely required in relationships that are alive.

Relationships that are alive contribute to participants. Sometimes that means being uncomfortable and stuff gets sorted out. Other times are just plain ole bliss.

As life is lived, on an individual basis, of any relationship, there are always varying levels of spirituality or the only alternative - default mode. It’s worth noting a defining quality of any spiritual relationship: inner wisdom.

Inner wisdom generates nuggets that contribute to our experience as insights while we are busy interpreting living, and by that I mean less judgments and confining beliefs.

What we have with the majority of people today is the tendency to live/express their relationships by the outside stimulus they encounter, which unfortunately equates to television sitcoms and news show reporting. It’s almost as if one can be programmed by that content which then provides the fodder to produce and perpetuate individual circumstances.

A thought to consider this week, “To what degree do you create your relationships vs going on automatic?”

Blessings, Don
